• Order and payment information — when you buy something from us, whether directly or through a marketplace such as eBay, we receive order details (items purchased, shipping address, order total) needed to fulfill and support that purchase. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor (Square) — we do not receive or store your full card number.
• Information from eBay — if you purchase from our eBay storefront, eBay shares the order and shipping information needed to fulfill it, and, where applicable, your eBay username so we can respond to messages, returns, and feedback.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and fulfill orders, repairs, and service requests
• Respond to questions and support requests submitted through our Contact form
• Send service updates related to an order or repair you've asked us to perform
• Send our seasonal tips & deals newsletter, if you've signed up for it
• Improve our website and the equipment/parts information we make available on it
• Meet our legal, tax, and marketplace-platform obligations (including eBay's seller requirements)

How We Share Your Information

We share information only where it's needed to run our business and serve you:

• Payment processing — Square, to process card payments
• Marketplaces — eBay, when an order originates there, and for the messages/returns/feedback tied to that order
• Shipping & tracking — carriers and tracking providers we use to ship your order and keep you updated on its status
• Service providers — the software and email providers that host our site, our shop-management system, and our email communications, solely to provide those services to us
• Legal requirements — if required to do so by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others

Cookies & Similar Technologies

Our site uses a small first-party cookie to recognize repeat visits during a browsing session, which helps us understand overall site traffic and how visitors find and use our pages. This information is aggregated and is not used to individually track you across other websites. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work, though some usage measurement may be less accurate.

eBay Marketplace Purchases

If you buy from our eBay storefront, your order flows into our internal shop-management system so we can fulfill it the same way we fulfill any other order. We retain that order information for as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, returns, warranty, and recordkeeping purposes.

In accordance with eBay's Marketplace Account Deletion/Closure Notification requirements, when eBay notifies us that a buyer has deleted or closed their eBay account, we process that notification and remove or redact the associated personal information from our systems in accordance with eBay's requirements and our own recordkeeping obligations.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and tax recordkeeping requirements, and resolve any disputes. Newsletter subscriber information is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your Choices

• Newsletter — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, or you can contact us directly to be removed.
• Access, correction, or deletion — you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to what we're required to keep for legal, tax, or order-history purposes) by contacting us using the information below.

Children's Privacy

Our site and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted transmission of data submitted through our site and restricted access to our shop-management system.
